Karim Anthony Diop-Johnson (born June 4th, 1987 in Nashville Tennessee) better known by his stage name J-Kad is an American Hip-Hop artist. At the age of six, following his parent’s divorce he and his mother started a new life in France. Between the ages of eleven and twenty France and U.S. took turns being a home to J-Kad. He started writing rhymes at the age of eighteen and fell in love with rapping the first time he stepped into a studio. At the age of twenty J-Kad moved to Atlanta where he decided to take his music career to the next level.
